Come and join us at Solihull Food and Drink Festival over the next three days where Solihull Moors FC have secured a marquee spot in Mell Square, Solihull town centre.
It’s a great time for Moors to showcase the club to the Solihull community, with Non League Day fast approaching.
The club have been chosen by the Football Supporter’s Federation and Kick It Out to recognise the work of both organisations on Non League Day 2017 – the date falls on our home fixture with Hartlepool United on October 7.
Kick It Out is English football’s equality and inclusion organisation who aim to kick discrimination out of the game, while the Football Supporter’s Federation have launched a campaign called Fans For Diversity.
This provides funding and support for fans who want to run an event or initiative that celebrates diversity in football.
The club will be be present throughout the duration of the three days at Solihull BID, with the event running on Friday 29 September, Saturday 30 September and ending on Sunday 1 October – our marquee will be open from 10:00-18:00 on Friday/Saturday and 10:00-17:00 on Sunday.
Amongst the street food experience in the heart of our busy town centre, there will be plenty to get involved in on our stall.
Try your luck at a penalty shootout, win prizes and claim freebies, while getting to know more about our involvement on Non League Day – whether you’re already a supporter or are someone who wants to hear more about us, we encourage you all to come down.
Members of the first team will also be in attendance at various times over the weekend, so there’s a whole host of great things to look forward to.
